Qualifications

You do not qualify to do semi-permanent makeup if any of the following condition(s) apply to you:

• You are under 18 years old

• You are pregnant/breastfeeding

• You have a major heart problem or you use a pacemaker

• You have a blood borne communicable disease such as HIV or Hepatitis

• You are undergoing chemotherapy

• You have a severe skin condition such as eczema, rashes, skin cancer or psoriasis

• You are prone to extreme scarring or keloid

• You have an allergy or sensitivity to any metals, lidocaine, or topical numbing agents

• You have low-level of iron or anemic

• You have uncontrolled blood pressure

• You have a weak immune system or sick with flue or cold

• You are on blood thinning medications on a regular basis

• You are diabetic

• You are on Accutane in the last 12 months

If you are not sure whether or not you should provide PMU service to a client due to a medical condition have the client consult with a physician before booking an appointment.

Booking Fee

A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. 

​

Cancelation/Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel your booked appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you will forfeit the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required when you make a new appointment.

If you wish to reschedule your booked appointment, please give 24 hours notice, otherwise you forfeit the booking fee and a new fee will be required to make a new appointment.  Please double check your availability prior to booking your appointment.​

Touch up Appointment

We include one complimentary touch up appointment for all semi-permanent procedures within 8 weeks of the initial session. It is your responsibility to book the touch up appointment. If your complimentary touch up appointment is not booked within 6-8 weeks, you will be required to pay for the touch up appointment based on how long it's been since your initial appointment.​

Punctuality

Please respect everyone's time by arriving on time for your appointment. If you are late by more than 15 minutes or do not show up, Mina's Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your booking fee. If you have an emergency, please contact your artist as soon as possible.

Previous Semi Permanent Makeup 

If you had your eyebrows done before, please contact us for a consultation prior to booking your appointment. 

Please note that not all old eyebrows are workable. You can send your photos to minasbeautylounge@hotmail.com for review. Pictures must be clear and free of makeup, it is best to take it under natural daytime lighting.
